What does the life look like that you’d want to get up for in the morning? In which areas do you want to improve your performance?
I can coach you, give you the necessary push or pull, outside eye, tools and encouragement to make it happen! Check out my individual coaching page. I’d love to hear from you!!
Coaching est aussi possible en français (clique sur le lien ci-dessus). Ik spreek ook nederlands, dus coaching kan ook in het nederlands zijn (de link boven is spijtig alleen in frans of engels – sorry!).
Thanks to Sam Vanoverschelde for the photo & card design!!!!

EVOLVE
On stage 5 dancers and 3 musicians… and everything that transforms, moves, and is in constant metamorphosis. Through their bodies the dancers reveal the permanent transformation of life and time, in an evolving creative process. What is particular about this work is that no performance is identical to another. Cultivating and focussing on adding choreographic principles to the art of improvisation, the dancers and musicians evolve around fixed parameters. However, where the performance is created, is in the present moment.
Concept & Interpretation / SoloConversations Dance Collective: Domenico Giustino, Susanne Bentley, Alexandre Tissot & Agostina D’Alessandro.
Musicians / Evgeny Makarov, Takis Kalatzis (electric guitar) et Christophe Lagnaux (percussion)
The performance EVOLVE has received the grant “Aide au Premier Projet” from The Ministry of Culture / Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles, Dance department.
SoloConversations Dance Collective is supported by Grand Studio & Bains::Connective.
Venue: Grand Studio, 29 rue de Menin 1080 Bruxelles.
Metro:
Line 2 & 6: Station Osseghem
Line 1 & 5: Station Etangs-Noirs

“If you keep hiding your true self, your life becomes like slow death. Once you become free from the lies and the hiding of yourself, then life becomes vibrant again.” ~ Ziggy Marley
This quote again reminds me to always express and shine my true light, and to encourage and coach others to do the same – through dance, language and life. It also reminds me of the quote by Marianne Williamson (see this post)Thanks Pascal Kwee for the reminder!
