Hey everyone, Bonjour à tous, There are still lots of things happening this summer at Sarahcademy: workshops, open day (come try the classes!) and the new term starts on the 14th Sept.

Performing the Present classes start the 15th Sept, and I have floor work workshops with Wisper again.

Also SoloConversations Dance Collective is back in rehearsals for The Grave is Yawning which premieres in March 2016 in Théâtre de la Vie (Brussels).

The Impulstanz programme is (almost) out! Here’s a sneak peak at what I’ll be offering this year… I’ll also be speaking at the IDOCDE teachers’ symposium again, this time with “Being & Doing Sexy” 🙂

One of many performances during the competition…because pure MCing is not enough for me!

“The Girls” performed my Pole Show Girl choreographies again in Sarahcademy’s “Searching for Love” show on Saturday as part of Pole Fusion Festival @ La Venerie. I was proudly in the audience!

On Sunday, however, I was up onstage as Mistress of Ceremonies for the Pole Fusion Competition – introducing competitors, singing, playing ukulele, improvising some contemporary floorwork & pole etc etc etc :). The winner was Joy Sevinc Gurmen from Turkey – well deserved!!!

Now that Body Rhymes (improvised spoken word poetry & movement) has been outed a few times around Europe including this summer at Berlin ImproXchange – Performing Presence, I am letting some of my writing see the public light of day.
